DIRECTIONS: Makes 2 servings (about 1 cup each). Whisk one sachet (50 g) with 1 cup (240 mL) water and let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
In a medium saucepan, warm 1 tbsp olive oil (or butter) over medium heat. Add the mixture, stir, bring to a boil, then gradually add up to 1 cup (240 mL) more water for your preferred consistency.
For a richer taste, replace water with vegetable broth. Enjoy as is, or boost with herbs, coconut cream, or plant-based protein.
