Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States, but we’re working to bring Tarana™ to more countries soon.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $25 or more. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.

Refunds + Replacements

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or in poor condition, please email support@taranafoods.com within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. We review all refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

Tarana™ is not responsible for lost or missing packages once handed to the carrier. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
